Shipping and Deliveries

Delivery within Australia

- All orders over $100 receive free standard postage

- For orders under $100, standard postage is $8

- Express postage is $12 for all orders

We make every attempt to have your order delivered as soon as possible. We will dispatch your order in approximately 2-4 business days.

Nikel & Sole send orders using Australia Post. All orders come with a tracking number. Signature is required on delivery unless stated otherwise.

We will notify you if any items are on back order. These will be sent separately with no additional postage charge.

We are closed on public holidays so please be aware that orders may take longer during this period. 

International Delivery

Countries outside of Australia will receive orders in approximately 14 working days. On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs.

If your country of origin does not appear on our freight list, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. All freight charges will be calculated accordingly and you will be notified before your order is processed.

Postage charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

If something isn't right, let us know. We can exchange for another size, colour or something completely different. We will happily provide a refund if the following conditions have been met:

- The items with the original receipt are returned to us within 14 days of purchase.

- Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must be unworn.

- Samples and discounted items that are flawed cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit when the customer is aware of the flaw at the time of purchase.

- Due to hygiene reasons earrings are unable to be returned due to change of mind.*

* These items may be returned if deemed faulty within 14 days of purchase if accompanied with the original receipt.

To return a garment, return the item including the receipt (that you received with your parcel) and indicate the reason for the return. All returns must be sent via post to the following address attentioned to ‘Online Returns’.

Afterpay Refunds

Purchases made through Afterpay will be refunded via your Afterpay account. Nikel and Sole cannot refund you directly and your refund will be processed in accordance with Afterpay terms and conditions.
