MIXED BERRY & MINT ICED TEA

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 cup fresh blueberries

½ cup fresh raspberries

8 leaves fresh mint

4 green tea bags

Boiling water

Method

1. Add the fresh blueberries, raspberries, mint leaves, and green tea bags to a 250ml carafe or jug

2. Pour boiling water into the jug, and leave to infuse for 15 minutes. Then, remove the tea bags

3. Place in the fridge to chill for 3-4 hours for the flavors to develop

4. Serve over ice
